Is Dry Steam Demon a franchise?

The original Shropshire operation has been so succesfull and grown so well, that we are now offering franchise opportunities throughout the U.K.

Is it true that steam is effective on M.R.S.A?
Answer:
Yes, again the high temperatures involved in steam cleaning are very effective at destroying M.R.S.A. (Please note that a cleaned area will only stay sanitised for as long as the bacteria is not re-introduced)

Yes - There are no chemicals used in the process.

What are the benefits over chemical cleaning?
Answer:
There are many benefits, including:
- Lengthened re-soiling time, typically months not weeks.
- The high temperatures kill microscopic organisms such as fleas/flea eggs, dust mites etc. This makes it great for asthma and allergy sufferers.
- In most cases the cleaned article is touch dry instantly, then completely dry within an hour.
- No soaking wet carpet smell.
- No chemicals mean it's safe for children and pets after the cleaning process.

What is Dry Steam?
Answer:
Dry Steam is water heated to temperatures in excess of 160.c producing a steam vapour which by its own volume contains less that 5% water.

What is re-soiling?
Answer:
Re-soiling is the length of time a cleaned item starts to get dirty again.

Which areas do you cover?
Answer:
We don't have set areas to cover, how ever we are now begining to role out franchise opportunities throughout the U.K so we will look at work in any area, our furthest job to date is Northern France to clean upholstery!

Why do you not need Chemicals?
Answer:
Steam is a natural enzyme, so it takes the particles of dirt and staining, breaks them down, allowing you to then clean them away.

Why is the resoiling time longer with dry steam?
Answer:
It's longer with steam cleaning because chemical cleaning if not removed completely leaves behind a sticky residue, this then gives dirt and dust a surface to adhere itself to. So by using steam it means there is no adhesive surfaces.
